My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, close to the aquarium and tranvía for the fort, but I sometimes felt unsafe in the evening due to the deserted surroundings. The rooms were simple and clean, with either ceiling fans or AC and ceiling fans, but the lack of windows to the exterior and poor air circulation through the bathroom window was a downside. The service was excellent; the staff was always eager to help, despite not speaking English. The dining experience was disappointing, with meals not meeting expectations. The facilities were adequate, but there were some issues with the price not matching the value for money.
